Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
- Cancellations within 48 hours: You will be charged 50% of the total service fee.
- Same-day cancellations & no-shows: You will be charged the full payment (100%) of the service fee
- Same-day rescheduling: If you move your appointment to a new date on the same day as your original booking, a £25 reschedule fee will apply
No Refund Policy
All treatments, deposits, courses and packages are non-refundable once purchased or treatment has commenced.
